10. Road Signs: To discuss briefing note regarding research into the purchase of a set of smaller more portable road closure and diversion signs.
11. High Street Traders Parking Survey: To consider the briefing note detailing the results of the High Street Traders Parking Survey and make recommendations to Council for 26th September 2024.
12. Christmas Tree Sayers Common: To discuss briefing note regarding progress.
13. Information Items, Correspondence Received and Requests:
13.1 Events Working Group update: To NOTE the review of the St Lawrence Fair, and that dates have been set for the Community Groups Forum of 29th January at Court Bushes and the 2025 Wassail of 11th January with a singing workshop in the Village Centre followed by the evening Wassail.
13.2 High Street Update: To receive averbal update from Cllr Bedford and Cllr Thompson. To note the Hurstpierpoint Society’s High Street “now and then” web page is now live, and a page linking to it has been created on the Council website.
13.3 Communications Update: To receive a verbal update from Cllr Majsai and Assistant Clerk Aloy on communication.ng attended by Cllr Majsai and Assistant Clerk Aloy.
