RECOMMENDATION: Our recommendation is that MSDC should give permission.
2) Hurstpierpoint College College Lane Hurstpierpoint Hassocks West Sussex BN6 9JS. DM/24/1623. Retrospective application for the expansion of existing car park area.
RECOMMENDATION: Our recommendation is that MSDC should give permission. Though the committee dislike retrospective applications and are surprised and disappointed with Hurst College, who should know better.

Remove lowest branches near driveway entrance to improve visibility and balance look of lower canopy of the group. Trees in a Conservation Area.
