Village Centre Charity Meeting

Trustees are requested to attend a meeting of the HURSTPIERPOINT VILLAGE CENTRE CHARITY (Charity No 305265) to be held on Thursday 27 February 2025, following the conclusion of the Parish Council meeting which starts at 7.30pm, at the Hurstpierpoint Village Centre.  Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting.

AGENDA

1.        Apologies for absence: To receive and accept apologies for absence.

2.        Previous Minutes: To receive and review the minutes of the meeting held on 28 November 2024.

3.        Village Centre Budget Monitoring: To review and assess the Village Centre’s financial position at the 31 January 2025 and agree any actions or remedies required.

4.        Management Fee Re-charge To consider the management fee re-charge recommended by the Parish Council as agreed at the previous meeting.

5.        Budget Setting 2025/26: To consider and agree the budget for 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026.

6.        Date of Next Meetings: To agree the date of the Annual General meeting of Trustees proposed as 24 July 2025, and the next ordinary meeting on 27 November 2025, to follow the conclusion of the Parish Council meetings which start at 7.30pm
