Village Centre Charity Meeting
Trustees are requested to attend a meeting of the HURSTPIERPOINT VILLAGE CENTRE CHARITY (Charity No 305265) to be held on Thursday 26 February 2026, following the conclusion of the Parish Council meeting which starts at 7.30pm, at the Hurstpierpoint Village Centre. Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting.

AGENDA
1. Apologies for absence: To receive and accept apologies for absence.
2. Declarations of Interest: To record any declarations of interest.
3. Previous Minutes: To receive and review the minutes of the meeting held on 27 November 2025.
4. Village Centre Budget Monitoring: To review and assess the Village Centre’s financial position at the 31 January 2026 and agree any actions or remedies required.
5. VAT Reclaim: To note the Parish Council comments from its meeting on 22nd January 2026, regarding the use of funds from any successful VAT reclaim.
6. Budget Setting 2026/27: To consider and agree the budget for 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027.
7. Governance Review: To consider the governance arrangements for the Charity as agreed at the previous meeting.
8. Sewerage Issues: To consider a briefing note setting out the costs for improvements to the sewerage system.
9. Date of Next Meetings: To agree the date of the Annual General meeting of Trustees proposed as 23 July 2026, and the next ordinary meetings on 26 November 2026 and 25 February 2027, to follow the conclusion of the Parish Council meetings which start at 7.30pm
