Members are summoned to attend the Community Engagement Committee meeting to be held at 7:30pm on Thursday 11th April 2024 in The Village Centre Conference Room, Hurstpierpoint. Members of the public have a right to and are invited to attend the meeting.

1.         Apologies for Absence: To receive and accept apologies for absence.

2.        Declarations of interest: To receive and record any declarations of interest.

3.         Minutes of the Previous Meeting of the Community Engagement Committee: To receive and adopt the minutes of the 8February 2024 Community Engagement Committee meeting.

4.         Adjournment for Questions from the Public: To consider adjourning the meeting to receive questions from members of the public in accordance with Standing Orders.

5.         Review of Action Plan: To agree and update Version 5 of the 2023/2024 Action Plan.

6.         Grants Application Process: To review proposed updated Grants Applications Process including main website text, plus further information sheets and application forms for each budget line.

b) Detailed Income & Expenditure at 29 February 2024

9.4       Mid Sussex Applauds feedback: To note the email of thanks from Margaret Taylor in respect of the Mid Sussex Applauds as follows: I would just like to write and thank you and your team for a very enjoyable and impressive celebration at the SofE Showground yesterday.  It was a delight to meet so many other volunteers and to relax over a splendid afternoon tea.”
