MINUTES of the Annual Meeting of the Community Affairs Committee  held on Thursday 26 May 2016 held following the Finance + General Purposes Committee meeting in the Village Centre, Trinity Road, Hurstpierpoint.

CA16/001.  Election of the Chairman of the  Community Affairs Committee for the year 2016/2017:  The Committee nominated one candidate and Bob Sampson was duly elected Chairman of the Community Affairs Committee.   

CA16/002.  Election of the Vice-Chairman of the Community Affairs Committee for the year 2016/2017:   

The Committee nominated one candidate and Pam Mitchell was duly elected Vice-chairman of the Community Affairs Committee.   

CA16/003.  Apologies for absence and declarations of interest:  The following apologies were received prior to the meeting and accepted by Committee:  Steve Whitehead.  There were no declarations of interest recorded:  

There being no other business the Chairman closed the Meeting at   9.55..  pm.   Chairman
