5.         Parish Council Financial Monitoring for Month 3 (June 2023): To note:

5.1          Payments of £61,967.33 (EX VAT).  This includes both May and June salaries and the South Avenue Play Area Safety Surfacing.

5.2          Receipts of £8,353.98 (VAT N/A).

5.3          Bank Reconciliations.

5.4          Balance Sheet.  

5.5          Nominal Ledger.

5.6          Income and Expenditure. 

5.7          Q1 VAT Return.

5.8          The funds held in CCLA shares on 30 June 2023 of £102,019.52.

6.         Village Centre Financial Monitoring for Month 3 (June 2023): To note:

6.1          Payments of £81,227.48 (VAT N/A).  This includes the transfer of £65,000 (originally from the Shawbrook Bank Matured Account) into the CAF Gold Savings Account.  It also includes the return of the £10,668.65 on 1 June which was paid into the account in error on 31 May 2023.

6.2          Receipts of £72,732.22 (VAT N/A).  This includes the receipt of the £65,000 matured funds from the Shawbrook Account which is now closed.

6.3          Bank Reconciliations.

7.         Parish Action Plan:  To review the items for the Committee on the Parish Action Plans 2023/2024. 

8.         Internal Audit Arrangements: To consider the offer from Mulberry & Co for a long-term 3-year agreement for the provision of internal audit services. For those councils choosing to take up this option, the £65 rate will be fixed for a three-year period.

9.1       To receive an update report from the Estates & Facilities Manager.
