As of next week selected areas of grass within Hurst Meadows will be cut, as put of the annual ground maintenance program, to manage and encourage biodiversity within the site.

In order to protect the self-seeded tree saplings in these areas, the Parish Council have placed canes with red tops, so contractors can avoid cutting them.

We would be very grateful if these canes can be left in position.
