The LGBCE review of the allocation of District Councillors (DC) for Mid Sussex is recommending a change in the current representation for Hurstpierpoint and Sayers Common. Instead of three DCs representing the parish and Pycombe, Newtimber, Poynings and Fulking,it is proposing that there will be two just for Hurstpierpoint, and one covering a new ward of Albourne, Fulking, Newtimber, Poynings, Pycombe and Sayers Common. This will split representation at the district council level for this parish. Further details can be found here: https://consultation.lgbce.org.uk/node/25848 If you have any views on this subject you need to make them known before 8th November 2021 via email to reviews@lgbce.org.uk The Parish Council fed back comments in letters dated 28 May and 25 October 2021, see attached document.
