Parish Plan Working Group

MINUTES of the meeting of the Parish Plan Working Group on Monday 12 October 2015 at 7:30 pm in the Parish Council Office, Hurstpierpoint.

Also Present: Roberta Taylor, Assistant Clerk 

PPLN15/013.  Apologies for absence and declarations of interest:  An apology for absence was received from Cllr R Jackson.  There were no declarations of interest in accordance with the Code of Conduct. 

PPLN15/014.  Minutes of the Parish Plan Working Group meeting of 27 August 2015:   The minutes of the meetings were agreed and signed.   

PPLN15/015.  Parish Plan Draft Questionnaire:  The members of the Working Group reviewed and revised the draft Questionnaire. 

Next Steps:    

  • • Mrs Taylor – prepare notes of revised questions and email to Cllr Sampson by Wed 14.10.15.   
  • • Cllr Sampson – revise questionnaire and distribute to Committee members and Mrs Taylor, asap.   
  • • Revised Questionnaire – to be taken to the Council meeting on 29 October 2015 for approval. 
  • • Questionnaire sent to printer by Thurs 19 November/Fri 20 November; picked up from printer by Thurs 26 November; presented at Council meeting of 26 November; distributed with PC Newsletter Mon 30 November 2015. 
  • • Online version of questionnaire (Surveymonkey) to be live by Mon 30 November 2015. 
  • • Deadline for paper version of questionnaire – noon on Thurs 24 December 2015 (office closing). 
  • • Deadline for online version of questionnaire – Thurs 31 December 2015. 
  • • January 2016 – analyze findings.  Give initial findings to Council meeting on 21 January 2016. 

PPLN15/016.  Date of next meeting:  to be decided. 

There being no other business, the Chairman closed the Meeting at  9:30 pm.
