There are two carparks in Hurstpierpoint
- Brown Twins Road (free parking up to 23 hours)
- Trinity Road (part free parking up to 23 hours, and part free up to 3 hours)
For the 3-hour section drivers will need to display a reusable PARKING DISC to show their time of arrival. Disc Parking Hours: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday – Saturday inclusive (excluding Bank and Public Holidays). DISCS are a one-off payment of £1.00 and can be purchased at the following locations:
- Parish Office – Trinity Road
- JanTon Newsagents, High Street
- Charity Shop – Village Garden
- Library, Trinity Road
- Post Office
Enforcement (Traffic Wardens) is operated by Mid Sussex District Council, for on-street and carpark parking. They have the legal power to issue parking tickets and collect fines. Click here for details on their website.

West Sussex County Council (the Highway Authority) has responsibility for parking restrictions on the roads, such a waiting times and yellow lines.
The three bus routes that go through Hurstpierpoint and/or Sayers Common are the number 33, 273 and 100. Bus timetables are available at the Library on Trinity Road or outside the Parish Office. For more information about timetables please use the links below:

If you qualify for a Senior Railcard the Parish Council can issue a discount code which gives 20% off the price of a one year railcard, normally £30.00. Come into the office at the Village Centre with proof of your address in the parish.
