Stay up to date with the Parish Council – 30th March 2021

March 30, 2021

The Parish Council is delighted that the return to group exercise outdoors is allowed so residents can enjoy the lovely Summer weather if only for a few days, but please continue to stay safe.  We’d also be very grateful if you would please take your litter home with you.

Thanks to Hurst Rethink, an exciting new initiative for the parish is called “No Mow May” where verges and outdoor spaces are left uncut for a few weeks in May.   The aim of this project is to let the flowers bloom on our grass areas and help provide a vital source of nectar for bees and other insects.

The Parish Council has one vacancy for a new Councillor in Hurstpierpoint ward. This is your opportunity to get involved with your community and help make a difference.  For more information and an application form, please contact our Parish Council Office.  The closing date is 15 April 2021.
