NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of the provisions of Section 14 (2) of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the use of the route below is temporarily prohibited:
HURSTPIERPOINT & SAYERS COMMON: PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 62Hu (part) as shown on the map.
The further path closure is necessary to protect public safety due to path clearance works to
enable subsequent surfacing works to take place, with effect from 11th August 2025.
This notice enacts a 7-day closure from the date given above.
Please note, a further closure that includes the remainder of FP62Hu and FP62_1Hu will
then be put in place from Monday 18th August to allow the surface improvement works to
be undertaken.
