Function Room
A self-contained area making use of its own entrance lobby. This is the largest zone in the building at over 150m2 ( the function room is: 9.8m wide x 15.2m in length). It has access to its own toilets and kitchen area along with generous storage space. The function room has large bi-fold doors to the western elevation looking out over the grassed area and neighbouring playing fields. There are 30 tables with 150 chairs included in the hire of the Function Room with cutlery and crockery available for hire. Free Wi-Fi is available when a code is requested from the Parish Office. Free parking is available at the venue, including several dedicated disabled bays.
We are unable to host teen, 20th or 21st Birthday parties.
The maximum number of people permitted in the Function Room, including the organisers and performers is 150.
We do not allow Bouncy Castles at any of our venues. Smoke machines are also not permitted due to the fact they may interfere with our fire alarm system.

Who is eligible for the 25% discount on bookings?
The discounted rate applies to local groups or clubs who can demonstrate that they are not for profit and are providing a service for the community or social engagement, or for hirers booking and paying for at least 10 sessions in advance on the same invoice.
Nursery Area
The Nursery area is not available to hire as it is for the dedicated use of Kiddie Capers pre-school. It is self-contained with its own kitchen, toilets, office area and outdoor space.

Additional Charges
Room and Key Deposit – £50
* Some bookings such as private parties and events may incur a £200 deposit at the discretion of the Bookings Secretary.
Locking up charge £37
* For a large event/party an additional £37 will be charged to the hirer for a lock up charge at the discretion of the Bookings Secretary. This is to ensure the building is vacated and left secure by 11.30pm at the latest.
Crockery – £10 per set of 50
