Main Hall
The Main Hall is a generous 220m2 in floor space with access to the kitchen and toilets off a large shared lobby area. There are 36 tables and 200 chairs included in the hire of the hall. Free Wi-Fi is available when a code is requested from the Parish Office. Crockery and cutlery can be hired for an additional charge, along with the PA system. Tables and chairs are available to hire separately, tables for £1, chairs are 50p each.
The maximum number of people permitted in the Main Hall, including the organisers and performers is 200.
Please note we do not permit Bouncy Castles at any of our venues and do not host teen, 20th or 21st Birthday parties.
Club Suite
The Club Suite has a floor space of 70m2 with use of its own entrance lobby, toilets and kitchen. There are 50 chairs with 10 tables included for use during the hire period. Free Wi-Fi is available when a code is requested from the Parish Office. Crockery and cutlery can be hired for an additional fee.
The maximum number of people permitted in the Club Suite, including the organisers and performers is 60.
Conference Room
The Conference room is a cosy 50m2 with tables and chairs to seat 20 people. The furniture can be moved to the sides of the room to give space for fitness classes or children’s activities. New audio visual equipment was installed in March 2022 which is compatible for ‘teams’ and ‘zoom’ calls. Free Wi-Fi is available when a code is requested from the Parish Office. The conference room shares use of the kitchen and toilets with the Main Hall.
The maximum number of people permitted in the Conference Room, including the organisers and performers is 40.
Who is eligible for the 25% discount on bookings?
The discounted rate applies to local groups or clubs who can demonstrate that they are not for profit and are providing a service for the community or social engagement, or for hirers booking and paying for at least 10 sessions on the same invoice.

Additional Charges
Room and Key Deposit – £50
* Some bookings such as private parties and events may incur a £200 deposit at the discretion of the Bookings Secretary.
Locking up charge – £37
* For a large event/party an additional £37 will be charged to the hirer for a lock up charge at the discretion of the Bookings Secretary. This is to ensure the building is vacated and left secure by 11.30pm at the latest.
Crockery – £10 per set of 50
