Members are summoned to attend the Community Engagement Committee meeting to be held on Thursday 12 June 2025 at 7.30pm at Sayers Common Village Hall. Members of the public have a right to and are invited to attend the meeting.

1.         To Elect the Vice Chair of the Committee for the next year

4.         Minutes of the Previous Meeting of the Community Engagement Committee: To receive and adopt the minutes of the 3 April 2025 Community Engagement Committee meeting.

5.         Adjournment for Questions from the Public: To consider adjourning the meeting to receive questions from members of the public in accordance with Standing Orders.

6.         Review of Action Plan: To review, agree and update Version 1 of the 2025/2026 Action Plan.

8.5.    Sustainable Communities Grant Applications to be considered:

Sustainable Communities Budget 2025/26 £1,500. Budget remaining £1,500

            There were no Sustainable Communities grant applications received.

9.     Events Working Group: To receive the notes from the Events Working Group meeting held on 19th May,

         including review of the APM and plans for the St Lawrence Fair, to discuss the future format of the APM and   make a recommendation to Council.

10        Information Items, Correspondence Received and Requests:

10.1    Reeds Lane Consultation Results: To note the results of the Reeds Lane Recreation Ground Phase 2 consultation.

10.2. High Street Update: To receive averbal update from Cllr Bedford and Cllr Thompson.

10.3.   External Communication: To receive a verbal update on communication from Cllr Majsai.Communications Strategy Working Group held on 3.4.2025

Protocol for filming and recording at public meetings:  The Council has a protocol for public filming, recording and photography at its meetings, which is available on the Council’s website or on request at the Parish Office.
